Sales Manager – Packaging Equipment and Automated Packaging Solutions

Work tasks: Alpina Electronics OÜ is expanding its activities in the field of automated packaging equipment and packaging lines and is looking for a Sales Manager for the Estonian and Finnish markets. Your main responsibility will be to identify industrial companies whose production and packaging processes could be automated or made more efficient using our equipment. Our range of solutions includes: Automated packaging lines and equipment in cooperation with the Polish manufacturer RADPAK. Palletizing equipment, including solutions developed by Alpina Electronics. Thermoforming packaging machines for the food industry, primarily for the Finnish market, supplied by Colimatic. Your Key Responsibilities Identifying potential customers and establishing new business relationships in Estonia and Finland. Visiting customers to understand their production processes and packaging requirements. Presenting suitable packaging equipment and automated packaging solutions. Working closely with equipment manufacturers and technical specialists. Managing sales projects from initial customer contact through to order confirmation. Every manufacturing company and project is different. Your role will be to understand each customer's specific needs and work together with our team and the manufacturers' technical specialists to develop the most suitable solution.
