Airport Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily airport ground operations and support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operational staff, managing manpower deployment, monitoring service performance, and ensuring smooth airport operations in compliance with aviation safety standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily airport ground operations and aviation support services.

Manage manpower deployment, duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff attendance to ensure adequate operational coverage.

Monitor airport operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

Supervise ground handling personnel and operational support staff to maintain service quality and productivity.

Coordinate with airport authorities, airline representatives, ground handling teams, and management regarding operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations, aviation security procedures, and workplace safety standards.

Conduct routine operational inspections and monitor staff performance to maintain service standards.

Handle operational disruptions, manpower shortages, service delays, and other airport-related issues.

Prepare daily operational reports, staff deployment records, incident reports, and performance updates.

Assist management in workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Monitor the proper use of airport equipment, operational facilities, and assigned resources.

Provide guidance and on-the-job training to operational staff regarding safety procedures and company standards.

Ensure all assigned personnel follow airport access requirements, security protocols, and operational procedures.

Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to resolve service-related concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.

Support management in implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and overall service delivery
