BIM Coordinator – Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical BIM models, ensuring model accuracy, resolving clashes, and facilitating effective collaboration between different engineering disciplines. Job Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Review and coordinate Revit models to ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Perform clash detection and follow up on clash resolution.

Identify and resolve modeling conflicts and technical coordination issues.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

Prepare coordination reports and support BIM documentation.

Ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans and established standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM coordination.

Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP .

Experience in Navisworks and clash detection workflows.

Good understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
