Job Overview
ABC Legal is seeking an E-Fulfillment Project Specialist to support training, quality assurance, and process consistency for our specialist team. This role exists to address gaps in training and scalability, ensuring new and existing specialists are properly trained and consistently meeting output expectations — without requiring one individual to handle all instruction independently.
This is an internal-facing role that works closely with specialists and their leads, serving as a key resource for onboarding, training delivery, quality control, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality control reviews and audits of specialist work
Create, update, and maintain training materials and deliverables
Partner with specialists and team leads to reinforce expectations and best practices
Continuously monitor departmental workflows to identify inefficiencies, recurring errors, and training gaps — proposing creative, practical solutions that improve quality and throughput
Act as an advocate for the department by anticipating needs, surfacing obstacles early, and bringing forward innovative ideas that strengthen consistency and performance
Serve as a resource for specialists on complex or unfamiliar case types, escalating recurring issues to leadership with recommended solutions
Maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring procedures stay current as systems, client requirements, and workflows change
Support the rollout of new tools, process changes, and system updates by preparing materials and communicating changes to the team
Collaborate with team leads to develop onboarding timelines and measure new-hire ramp-up against output expectations
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through consistent, respectful, and constructive feedback
