Engineering Manager

A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Corfu seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to join its management team in a permanent, full-time role. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and technical performance of the resort's facilities and equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Lead, supervise and develop the Engineering team. Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations. Coordinate external contractors, suppliers and technical service providers. Monitor departmental budgets, maintenance expenses and inventory. Work closely with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and minimal disruption to guest services. Maintain the highest standards of property maintenance and presentation.
