Job Title: Full Set Accountant
Salary: Around $4,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Yishun
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset management
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare month-end closing, financial statements, and management reports
- Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash
- Prepare financial reports and support other accounting-related duties
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Relevant experience in the construction industry, handling a full set of accounts independently
- Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Navision, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite , or similar is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
