Logistics & Operations Assistant
Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Logistics& Operations Assistant to support our daily warehouse, delivery andinstallation operations.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding role suitable forsomeone who enjoys practical work, is willing to learn and works well in ateam.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of goods
- Carry and handle heavy/bulky items safely
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for delivery
- Assist with delivery and installation at customer sites
- Receive and check incoming stocks
- Assist with container unloading when required
- Stock arrangement and warehouse organisation
- Ensure correct items and quantities are prepared for deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
- Support daily logistics and operational duties
- Communicate professionally with customers when onsite
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy/bulky items
- Comfortable with physically demanding and hands-on work
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work night / extended hours when operationally required
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
