Sales Order Processing Specialist

- Collaborate with sales representatives to complete processes such as contract drafting/initial review, document issuance, and payment settlement; monitor the inbound and outbound movement of goods as well as logistics progress;
- Maintain customer communication, resolve issues arising during order fulfillment, synchronize business ledger records, and assist the finance department with account reconciliation and preparation of audit documentation;
- Assist in preparing the business documentation and logistics vouchers required for the audit;
- Other Support: Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
