Pharmacy Branch Manager (New Capital)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Pharmacist located in New Capital .

Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Managing pharmacy staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Meeting sales targets and enhancing the overall performance of the pharmacy.

Maintaining inventory levels, handling prescriptions, counseling patients on medications, and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures.

Pharmacy operations, compliance and regulatory knowledge

Leadership and management skills

Inventory management and prescription handling skills

Customer service and patient counseling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a team

Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a plus

Valid Pharmacist license and Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
