  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for all levels (Office staff, Warehouse Operations, and Line Managers).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet ongoing manpower needs.

Proactively manage employer branding and sourcing channels (Social media, Job portals, Networks).

  1. General HR & Operations (40%)
  • Manage C&B operations, ensuring accurate monthly...
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition and General HR -(Logistics/Supply Chain/Manufacturing background is a plus).

Skills:

  • Proven track record of hiring across diverse job levels.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting).

Good command of English (spoken & written).
