Site Supervisor(Construction)
We are a construction company looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the construction site.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities and manpower deployment.
- Supervise workers and ensure work is carried out according to instructions and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other site personnel.
- Arrange delivery of materials and ensure materials are available when required.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure proper workmanship.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues promptly.
- Ensure workers follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Report work progress and site issues to the Project Manager or management.
- Maintain good housekeeping and proper organisation of the work site.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision or site operations.
- Good knowledge of construction site activities and daily work coordination.
- Able to manage workers and coordinate manpower effectively.
- Able to communicate and work well with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant construction experience in Singapore will be an advantage.
