*Job Summary*

World of Water is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused _Office Administrator _to join our team. This part-time role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, customer service, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate routing with drivers.
  • Work with the Office Manager to schedule future orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist walk-in customers with purchases, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and efficient.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows.
  • Assist with additional office duties as required in a fast-paced environment.

*Qualifications & Requirements:*

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office role is an asset.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with scheduling and customer management systems is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Work Environment & Schedule*

  • Work Hours can be decided with the right candidate - 15 hrs minimum/wk
  • Work Location: This is an on-site position at 326 Keewatin St.
  • The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
