Project WSH Manager [SL]

• Manage and implement the project's EHS and WSH management systems.
• Monitor project safety performance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with the EHS Manager, project team and stakeholders on safety matters, audits and programmes.
• Organise and conduct monthly safety programmes and initiatives.
• Carry out daily site inspections and recommend corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, safe work procedures and EHS plans.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and activities with relevant agencies.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution control.
• Prepare and submit EHS reports, inspection records and training documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and project stakeholders on EHS matters.
• Coordinate EHS colleagues and promote safe working practices across the project.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications and EHS award submissions.
• Act as secretary for the Project EHS Committee.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
