Estimation Executive [SL]

• Review tender requirements, technical drawings, specifications and project scope.
• Prepare tender submissions, quotations, cost estimates and supporting documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis and costing for lighting products and project materials.
• Evaluate lighting products and suppliers based on technical suitability, pricing, availability and delivery lead times.
• Recommend alternative products and value-engineering solutions where appropriate.
• Prepare technical specifications and product documentation for tender submissions.
• Obtain and analyse supplier quotations and technical information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Lighting Design, Purchasing and Project teams to support tender and project requirements.
• Assist in project documentation and coordination activities.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
