Maintenance

Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Prepare detailed maintenance work orders, schedules, and job plans. Coordinate with maintenance operations, and other to ensure smooth of maintenance works. Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure works are completed within the planned timeline. Review equipment maintenance history Ensure required spare parts and materials are available before work commencement. Records of maintenance and maintenance reports. Monitor outstanding and overdue maintenance tasks Track maintenance costs

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in maintenance planning or engineering operations.
• Experience in planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Good knowledge of building services, M&E systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently as well and coordinate
• Safety-conscious with good knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Experience in preparing maintenance schedules, reports and work orders
