HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of drivers, vehicles and transport assignments.
• Plan manpower schedules, duty rosters and daily job allocation.
• Monitor service quality, punctuality and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate dialysis transport, wheelchair transport, airport transfers, charter services and other transport projects.
• Handle customer enquiries, service issues and urgent operational matters.
• Supervise drivers and operations staff, including attendance, performance and discipline.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced and ready for deployment.
• Work closely with management to improve productivity, service standards and cost control.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records.
• Ensure company operations comply with internal procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in operations, logistics, transportation or fleet management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage drivers and coordinate multiple daily assignments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and transport operations will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent operational matters when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
