As a Project Leader or Project Manager at Vicoma , you are involved in projects from start to finish and you ensure that all parties are satisfied upon delivery. You understand that the customer wants to be taken care of and that you play an important role in this. Project management at Vicoma

In the position of Project Leader or Manager you are part of the EPCm Services department (Engineering, Procurement and Construction management). That is why it is good to know that our EPCm Services department has a lot of expertise in Project Management. We have all the knowledge in-house in the field of Procurement, Construction Management, Cost Engineering/Control and Document Control.

As a project leader or manager you are in charge of various projects. You take responsibility for, for example, the budget, planning and risk management. You are the customer's point of contact and inform team members within various disciplines about the customer's wishes and requirements. As the person ultimately responsible for the project, the direction and overview of the entire project is in your hands. To do this, you monitor costs and prepare reports for the projects. Because these are multidisciplinary projects, you work closely with the departments involved.
