Job Summary
Handle end-to-end product operations for mobile app, driving user engagement and product quality through feedback collection, testing, metric tracking, event support, team coordination, content compliance monitoring, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and enhance user experience
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate app functionality and ensure quality before release
- Track and report on core product metrics to measure app performance and user engagement
- Support the setup and execution of in-app events to boost user participation and retention
- Coordinate effectively with product and technology teams to align operations with development goals
- Monitor content compliance to uphold platform standards and regulatory requirements
- Compile detailed operation reports to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in app, user, or product operations
- Prior experience working with apps
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
