Daily tasks
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for delivery teams
- Support MI reporting for Credit Risk and Portfolio Management, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and align expectations on scope and outcomes
- Collaborate with offshore dev, QA, and engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in Agile setup
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly end to end
- Identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities, proposing practical solutions
- Support testing and defect resolution during delivery cycles
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis in banking domain Good knowledge of Credit Risk or Portfolio Management reporting Experience in analyzing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects Ability to work with a group of stakeholders to agreed outcomes and actions Excellent communication and influencing skills Hands on working experience of working in agile & devops best practices Experience working with offshore development, analysis & test teams
