Om arbeidsgiveren Look around. Every office, every hospital and every home you see is cleaned and maintained by a service company. It’s one of the largest markets in the world, and it still runs as if the internet never happened. Vaskeladden is changing that. We are an AI-native service platform, starting with cleaning. We are not a cleaning agency with an app bolted on top. We build AI from the ground up across pricing, customer acquisition, operations and support, and every job makes the system smarter. A tax on being small The market is huge and fragmented. Most cleaning companies are small operators who do great work but can’t reach the customer. A handful of giants own the market. They don’t clean better; they sell better. The customer pays for their sales departments and middle managers, and none of that makes the floor any cleaner. We arm the small Vaskeladden gives local firms what only the giants used to have. Customers get one click, one point of contact and a quality guarantee. Partners get demand, brand and tooling. Our platform handles pricing, sales, onboarding, quality control and follow-up, the work the rest of the industry staffs with a head office. Uber didn’t own the cars; it owned the customer. In services, the giants are still the taxis lined up outside the station, and the customers are about to walk the other way. One of Norway’s fastest-growing startups Vaskeladden was founded by two 18-year-olds who knew technology could run this market better. Then Patrick Skjennum, co-founder and former CTO of the AI company Strise, joined as the third co-founder, and Vaskeladden was reborn as a technology company. Since then we have grown at a pace few startups in Norway can match, with a small team and a platform that does what others hire people for. Then the world Cleaning is where we start, not where we stop. The system we have built doesn’t know it’s running a cleaning company. We go from Oslo to Norway’s biggest cities, then to the rest of the Nordics and Europe, and we take on every local service along the way. The world’s largest service company won’t have the most employees. It will have the most partners. We are building it. If you want to be part of that, look around again.

We launched in Sweden in late August, and now we're looking for someone to help us grow there and make Vaskeladden the market leader + GTM Trainees in the rest of Europe.

• Lead your own sales processes, from first contact to closed deal
• Help build our sales engine
• Own projects in key parts of the business
• Work on go-to-market
• Have a say in product development

Krav

This is a high-performance environment. We're looking for someone ambitious who wants responsibility, likes to move fast and has no problem picking up the phone to talk to people they don't know.

Vi tilbyr

• NOK 15,000 base pay + uncapped commission (NOK 50,000+ a month is within reach)
