Overview
US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient material flow, organized inventory storage, and timely product fulfillment while collaborating with inventory, shipping, receiving, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and accurately store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
Organize, move, and stock inventory according to established warehouse layouts and processes
Perform inventory cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
Prepare customer and internal shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials for delivery
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate documentation
Apply product labels and identification markings in accordance with operational requirements
Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts, in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain inventory records and assist with updates in inventory management systems
Load and unload materials and shipments as needed
Dispose of packaging materials and keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse best practices
Support general warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities as business needs require
Must Haves
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Basic organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to safely lift and move materials required for warehouse operations
Experience using barcode scanners, scales, labels, calculators, or similar warehouse tools
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to recognize and distinguish colors for product identification and labeling purposes
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment
Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems
Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Experience operating warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or logistics setting
Understanding of shipping documentation and material-handling best practices
