About the role

As Controller, you'll own the financial close, reporting infrastructure, and internal controls for a global, multi-entity AI company. You'll be the financial backbone of the business — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity as we scale. You'll work directly with the VP Finance and partner tightly with legal, operations, and GTM teams.

About the role

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and currencies

Own consolidated financial reporting (US GAAP) and manage audits end-to-end

Oversee global accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury operations

Lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 for complex SaaS and platform deals

Manage and scale a lean, high-output accounting team across time zones

Support fundraising, M&A diligence, and board-level financial reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

3+ years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role at a high-growth tech company

Deep experience with multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency environments

Strong command of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition

Experience managing audits with Big 4 or top-tier regional firms

Hands-on with ERP; comfortable with HRIS

Thrives in ambiguity and builds processes while keeping up with pace of change

Startup or scaleup background strongly preferred
