LIFE AT UIPATH

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

YOUR MISSION

UiPath is scaling its Healthcare business across Provider and Health System organizations (with adjacency into Payer and Life Sciences, including Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device companies), and we are hiring an Industry Associate focused on Healthcare Providers to help define where the healthcare provider market is today, where it is going next, and how UiPath wins repeatedly at scale.

This is a hands-on, action-oriented industry role for someone who has lived inside regulated healthcare environments — health systems, hospitals, payers, or clinical operations — and wants to apply that experience to shape executive conversations, inform product direction, and build repeatable, high-impact sales motions.

This role does not carry a sales quota and is not a product management role. Success is measured by clarity, repeatability, and impact on growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

Build a clear point of view on the healthcare market

Systematically document:

  • What healthcare customers — payers, providers, and health systems — are doing today
  • Common patterns and use cases across care delivery, clinical operations, revenue cycle, member/patient access, and health plan administration

Develop a clear, defensible POV on what customers should be doing next to drive repeatable outcomes in regulated healthcare environments

Translate your market POV into clear, repeatable sales plays aligned to specific healthcare buyer personas and business outcomes

Equip sales teams with structured narratives that resonate with healthcare executives (CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, Chief Digital/Transformation Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers)

Analyze opportunity size and prioritization

Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to:

  • Estimate TAM for priority healthcare use cases and plays, including revenue cycle management, prior authorization, clinical documentation support, patient access/scheduling, claims processing, and care coordination
  • Help prioritize healthcare segments, functions, and workflows based on impact, scale, and repeatability to the portfolio

Provide structured, evidence-based input into product strategy:

  • What are the highest impact areas that will drive business value for healthcare customers

Drive executive-level customer engagement

Engage leaders across health systems and provider organizations as a trusted, credible voice on the industry

Contribute to outcome-focused conversations across our healthcare provider portfolio

Be used strategically to drive industry credibility and to accelerate decision-making

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

Required experience

  • 5-7 years in healthcare, with experience across provider and/or health system environments (payer or life sciences experience in biopharma/medical devices is a plus)
  • Experience in regulated functions such as: Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Care Delivery, Quality, Compliance/Regulatory, or Enterprise IT within a healthcare organization
  • Hands-on experience working with one or more EMR/EHR platforms — Epic and Cerner (Oracle Health), and other systems such as MEDITECH, Allscripts/Veradigm, athenahealth, or NextGen — and a working understanding of how automation and AI agents integrate with or around these systems
  • Experience contributing to or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a health system, payer, or provider network

Ideal backgrounds (You may come from:)

  • Digital transformation, clinical informatics, or operational roles within health systems, hospitals, or payer organizations
  • Industry or solutions roles at healthcare-focused software or technology companies (including EMR vendors or EMR-adjacent software/services companies)
  • Healthcare-focused consulting roles with hands-on delivery experience

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

  • You are action-oriented and comfortable within ambiguity
  • You naturally document, structure, and synthesize what you see
  • You think in patterns, plays, and leverage points
  • You can connect market insight to commercial opportunity
  • You influence without needing formal ownership

This role is not: a quota-carrying sales role, product management role, solution architecture or engineering role, or passive advisory or evangelist position. This role exists to turn insight into execution.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Clear, documented healthcare POVs used across the company
  • Repeatable sales plays adopted by teams globally
  • Product decisions informed by real customer evidence
  • Executives who view UiPath as a long-term strategic partner

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
