Software Engineer

Intro

As a Software Engineer in our team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive change in aviation by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve crew experiences, and optimize flight services. Your work will directly contribute to the evolution of our systems, making aviation smarter and more connected.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining internal systems. Creating innovative new systems and overseeing their maintenance. Identifying and resolving problems. Integrating systems and platforms effectively.

We expect You to have:

Experience with system design – You understand how to architect reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems, even if small in scope. You're comfortable making trade-offs and justifying decisions. Clear communication – You can explain your thought process, propose system designs, and collaborate asynchronously or independently. A keen eye for quality – You care about clean code, intuitive user experiences, and meaningful impact. Exceptional problem-solving skills – You break down challenges methodically and design elegant solutions that last.

Additionally, it would be a plus if you have: Strong proficiency in the Symfony framework – You’re confident navigating its ecosystem and can structure large applications with best practices in mind. Familiarity with infrastructure observability – You understand the importance of metrics, logs, and traces, and know how to leverage tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK/EFK stacks to keep systems healthy. Understanding of architectural patterns – From layered architectures to event-driven systems, you can identify the right tool for the job and design for long-term sustainability.
