Travel Consultant - Part Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent travel agency in Essex. My client is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with previous travel sales experience.
This role will ideally suit someone with a proven Travel Agency background, excellent customer service and a passion for travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
- Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
- Selling luxury, tailormade, cruise, ski and beach holidays
- Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
- Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
- Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
- Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a travel agency environment
- Passionate about travel and customer service
- Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude
PACKAGE:
- A competitive basic salary + commission
- 5 days on a rota between Monday - Saturday; 9am - 5:30pm (3 Saturdays per month with 1 full weekend off)
- Closed Sunday's and Bank Holidays
- Part time or Full Time (Days Negotiable)
