Telesales Executive at Novena, $2k - $2.6k Basic + Commission + Bonus (Office hours)

Responsibilities Promote and sell the Bank's products and services to existing and potential customers Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and customers to generate sales opportunities Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships Provide accurate information and professional service to customers Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services Maintain professional standards of behaviour and conduct when dealing with customers and colleagues Proactively suggest ideas to improve sales performance and team processes Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Period 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible)

Salary $2,000–$2,600 basic + Commission + Bonus

Location Novena

Working Hours Monday–Friday, 9am–6.30pm Overtime may be required when necessary

Requirements Minimum  N Levels  or equivalent Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; candidates without direct banking experience are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, confident and customer-oriented personality Motivated to build a career in sales Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Good telephone etiquette and comfortable making outbound calls Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to commit to overtime when required
