RANGE OF DUTIES: Senior Process QA Engineer

1. New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Participate in NPI projects to ensure quality is built into SMT processes from the design phase.
• Involve DFM (Design for Manufacturability)/ DFT (Design for Testability) reviews, risk assessments, and quality feasibility analysis.

1. Education

Required: Bachelor‘s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Preferred: Master‘s Degree in Engineering.

1. Professional Knowledge

Required:

• Hands-on experience with SMT machine programming and line setup.
• Experience with lead-free and fine-pitch/BGA assembly processes for PCBA and Flex PCBA.
