Project Assistant Manager / Manager - Property Developer

Job Summary:

• Assist in development of schematic design from design brief and concept
• Monitor construction progress against contractual requirements and provide status updates for management reporting
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth project progress
• Conduct co-ordination meetings, site inspections and resolve technical, operational and construction issues.
• Monitor the status of authorities’ clearances and approvals and ensure compliance for all Property Development related regulations with all relevant authorities
• Track project budget, evaluates progressive payment claims and review variation orders
• Oversee project handover, defect rectification and close-out activities
• Coordinate TOP, CSC application.
• Assists in post TOP /CSC processes including handover, formation of MCST etc
• Facilitate the finalization of Project Account and legal completion.
• Other duties as assigned by Director.

Requirements:

• Degree / relevant qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil & Structural, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with property developer or real estate development industry
• Project experience in industrial and commercial property including design development, construction, technical coordination, architectural detailing for implementation and familiar with authority submissions and approval procedures
• Experienced in managing construction projects and site operations from start to completion
• Familiar with local construction contracts (SIA, REDAS, etc)
