Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Beauty Parlour Director to lead business operations, staff management, financial performance, and strategic growth of our beauty salon while ensuring high service quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning
• Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, manage budgets, and optimize profitability
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and enhance business performance
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate salon staff to maintain high productivity and morale
• Plan staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor employee performance to meet operational needs
• Assess staff training needs and support ongoing professional development initiatives
• Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment among employees
• Maintain high standards of customer service and service delivery to enhance client satisfaction
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure effective service recovery
• Monitor service quality continuously and implement improvements as needed
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to strengthen client relationships
• Plan and implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain business relationships with partners and suppliers to support operations
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, workplace safety, and business regulations
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and operational record-keeping
• Implement standard operating procedures and internal controls to maintain operational integrity
• Prepare business performance reports and provide operational recommendations to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in beauty salon management, business operations, or related industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing teams and resolving operational challenges
• Knowledge of business operations, sales management, and customer service principles applied in a salon context
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and daily operational requirements independently
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to lead teams and engage customers
• Relevant qualifications in business management, beauty therapy, or related fields are advantageous
