Project & Admin Assistant (Työkokeilu / Internship)

We are a Helsinki-based early-stage media, staging technology, and creative operations company (TOL 90392). We specialize in sound system solutions, creative residency operations, and cross-border cultural and business collaborations between Europe and Asia.
Your tasks
What You'll Help With We are offering a practical learning role through a TE-palvelut Työkokeilu (Work Trial) or a University Study Credit Internship. Since we are in an agile startup setup, tasks will be hands-on and diverse, primarily including:
\- Daily Admin & Archiving: Assisting with routine paperwork, receipts, invoices, and digital archiving.
\- Local Coordination & Errands: Making routine Finnish phone calls and handling emails with local services, logistics partners, and local suppliers.
\- Sourcing & Practical Setup: Helping with basic price comparisons, small errand runs, and sourcing setup items (IKEA, hardware stores) for our creative residency apartment and studio space.
\- Visual & Presentation Support (Plus): Assisting with basic graphic design, fine-tuning presentation decks, or brand visual assets (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).
Requirements
Who Fits Well \- Good working/conversational Finnish (comfortable making everyday phone calls in Finnish) and solid English.
\- Practical, hands-on mindset with an interest in creative production, cross-border projects, or startup operations.
\- Eligible for a Työkokeilusopimus via TE-palvelut OR currently enrolled in higher education seeking internship credits.
\- Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Figma or visual design is a big plus!
Other
Working Hours & Conditions \- 10–20 hours / week (flexible scheduling, easily combined with studies or job search activities).
\- Hybrid / remote setup with occasional practical errands in the Helsinki/Vantaa area.
\- Position type: Työkokeilu / University Internship (Compensation covered via official TE daily allowance or academic credits).
