In this role, you will: Provide technical guidance to Network Provisioning specialists and support them with complex or non-standard tasks. Review network configurations, technical instructions, and planned infrastructure changes. Configure and provision network equipment, including Juniper, Brocade, and Extreme Networks devices. Coordinate network installations, replacements, upgrades, and maintenance activities across multiple data centres. Prepare clear technical assignments for on-site engineers performing physical work with network equipment. Plan network changes, assess associated risks, and define verification and rollback procedures. Troubleshoot provisioning-related problems and act as an escalation point for difficult technical cases. Ensure that network changes are completed accurately and in accordance with internal standards. Cooperate with Network Engineering and Network Operations teams on infrastructure expansion and improvement projects. Communicate with data-centre representatives, carriers, and other service providers regarding technical and operational matters. Maintain and improve provisioning procedures, configuration templates, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive provisioning activities and reduce the risk of manual errors. Participate in testing new network equipment, technologies, tools, and automated workflows. Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and support their professional development. Contribute to workload planning and the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and service quality.

Requirements: At least three years of professional experience in network engineering, network provisioning, telecommunications, or data-centre networking. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN, and WAN principles. Good knowledge of Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP. Understanding of dynamic routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF. Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise or service-provider network equipment. Experience planning and implementing network changes in a production environment. Ability to diagnose network issues and make sound technical decisions. Experience preparing technical documentation and instructions for engineers. Ability to review the work of other specialists and provide constructive technical feedback. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a structured approach to work. Good communication and coordination skills. Written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Nice to have Practical experience with Juniper, Brocade, or Extreme Networks equipment. Knowledge of EVPN, VXLAN, MPLS, or data-centre fabric technologies. Experience with network automation tools, Python, Ansible, APIs, or Git. Familiarity with monitoring, IPAM, inventory, or configuration-management systems. Experience working in the hosting, IaaS, telecommunications, or data-centre industry.
