Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Bluetooth Controller) - Low level device drivers

Opportunity to join a dynamic embedded software team developing SDKs and software platforms for next-generation microcontroller and SoC products. You will work closely with hardware, architecture, validation, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enable innovative embedded applications. Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Bluetooth Controller (Low level device drivers) Responsibilities Develop and debug low-level wireless software for  802.15.4, Thread and Bluetooth/BLE controllers  on embedded silicon.

Develop  device drivers, HALs and firmware , including integration with peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, PDM and TDM.

Debug complex RF/firmware issues using  protocol sniffers, logic analyzers, JTAG, GDB and other hardware debugging tools .

Perform code reviews, optimization, refactoring, bug fixing and develop automated  unit, functional and interoperability tests .

Work with validation, system, FAE and product teams to integrate wireless features, troubleshoot customer issues and resolve technical problems.

Requirements 5+ years of low-level embedded software development , preferably working directly with  wireless silicon, Bluetooth/BLE Controller or 802.15.4 MAC/PHY software .

Strong experience with  Thread, Zigbee or IEEE 802.15.4 , including debugging with RF/protocol sniffers and protocol analyzers.

Hands-on experience developing  device drivers, HAL/LL firmware and deeply embedded C/C++ , with strong GDB, JTAG and hardware debugging skills.

Experience with  Zephyr, Git, unit testing/CI and embedded peripheral interfaces  such as I2C, SPI, UART, PDM, TDM, etc.

Strong understanding of  wireless/RF performance, power optimization and firmware debugging ; Bluetooth/BLE Controller or RF tuning/calibration experience is a strong advantage.
