Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities:

Assist in promoting the company’s solar, inverter, battery, and other products. Learn about the company’s products and be able to explain their basic features and benefits to customers. Assist the marketing team in generating new leads and customers. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Support outdoor marketing, customer visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Conduct basic market research on competitors, customer needs, and market opportunities. Assist in managing and updating customer and marketing records. Support social media and other marketing campaigns when required. Prepare and submit daily or weekly marketing activity reports. Attend product training, sales training, and other company training programmes. Build professional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Carry out other marketing-related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience A minimum of an HND in a related field
