Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Joinery & Fit Out) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15,000 - 17,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for construction and fit-out projects.
• Monitor budgets, financial reporting, payment applications, project costs, and variations.
• Oversee fit-out and luxury interior works including joinery, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes.
• Lead commercial and contract management while ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
• Have 6–10 years of experience in joinery, fit-out, and luxury villa projects within the UAE with a valid driving license
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract and hands-on procurement experience, including tendering, supplier negotiations, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
