Incident Manager - Night Shift

RPM BPO is looking for an Incident Manager to join our team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

On-site – Los Prados Schedule: 8:00 PM–4:00 AM (9:00 PM–5:00 AM during Daylight Saving Time) Salary: RD$40,000 + RD$5,000 transportation allowance Start: As soon as possible

Requirements:

• B2+ English (written & spoken)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and security
• People management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and analytics
• Strong judgment and critical-thinking skills

Main responsibilities:

• Handle and escalate incidents
• Monitor potential security risks or incidents and escalate them as needed.
• Follow procedures and maintain detailed incident reports
• Supervise staff on weekends
