Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to support our recruitment activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys speaking with people, sourcing candidates and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Post job advertisements and manage incoming applications.
- Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidates' suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes, offers and onboarding matters.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist with general recruitment and administrative duties.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring requirements and timelines.
Requirements
- Prior recruitment or HR experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting phone screenings and speaking with candidates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start within short notice would be an advantage.
