Business Transformation Manager (Lean/PMP/Scrum, East)

Manage end-to-end operational and business enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful execution within established timelines, budgets, and project objectives.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery through process optimisation and technology-enabled solutions.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to coordinate project activities, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Establish project governance, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on project progress, outcomes, and value delivered to the organisation.

Requirements:

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Certified
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles .
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive change initiatives, and deliver measurable business improvements.
