We have several PhDs, post-docs, and</p><p>a professor on the team, and our international culture is built around innovation, technical</p><p>excellence, and collaboration.</p><p>As recipients of multiple European innovation awards and funding programs, we are rapidly</p><p>growing our engineering organization and are looking for talented people who want to develop</p><p>cutting-edge technology with real-world impact.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a hands-on&nbsp;<strong>Drone Technician</strong>&nbsp;to join our hardware team in Denmark.</p><p>You will play a key role in preparing, assembling, maintaining, and testing our UAV systems,</p><p>ensuring they are ready for laboratory development, field testing, and customer demonstrations.</p><p>Working closely with software, electronics, and mechanical engineers, you will help ensure our</p><p>systems operate safely and reliably.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;Assemble, configure, and maintain UAV systems and payloads.</p><p>•&nbsp;Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of drones and supporting</p><p>equipment.</p><p>•&nbsp;Prepare drones and equipment for laboratory testing, field deployments, and customer</p><p>demonstrations.</p><p>•&nbsp;Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections.</p><p>•&nbsp;Manage batteries, charging systems, spare parts, tools, and workshop inventory.</p><p>•&nbsp;Support flight testing and operational deployments.</p><p>•&nbsp;Document maintenance activities, inspections, and technical findings.•&nbsp;Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly, maintenance, and testing</p><p>procedures.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;Technical education within electronics, mechanics, aviation, mechatronics, or a related</p><p>technical field.</p><p>•&nbsp;Hands-on experience assembling and maintaining UAVs or similar electromechanical</p><p>systems.</p><p>•&nbsp;Experience with commercial or industrial UAV operations.</p><p>•&nbsp;Minimum 100 documented flight hours operating medium or large UAVs.</p><p>•&nbsp;Valid EU Remote Pilot Certificates A1/A3 and A2.</p><p>•&nbsp;Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills.</p><p>•&nbsp;Ability to read technical documentation and follow assembly procedures.</p><p>•&nbsp;Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.</p><p>•&nbsp;Good English communication skills.</p><p>•&nbsp;Willingness to relocate to Denmark.</p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;Familiarity with ArduPilot or similar flight control systems.</p><p>•&nbsp;Experience supporting UAV testing and customer demonstrations.</p><p>•&nbsp;Experience working in robotics, prototype development, or R&amp;D environments.</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous drone technology.</p><p>•&nbsp;Be part of an award-winning international engineering team.</p><p>•&nbsp;High level of responsibility and technical ownership.</p><p>•&nbsp;Fast-paced startup environment where your work has immediate impact.</p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Denmark (On-site)<strong>Employment Type</strong></p><p>Full-time</p><p><strong>Join us in shaping the future of autonomous wind turbine blade maintenance through</strong></p><p><strong>robotics and drone technology.</strong></p>
