Factory Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm Responsibilities Operate production and packing lines efficiently, ensuring products are manufactured and packed to required quality and production standards. Feed materials and components onto the production line, assemble products and complete packing, labelling and palletising activities. Carry out regular quality checks, identifying and reporting damaged, defective or incorrectly packaged products. Follow production schedules, work instructions and health & safety procedures to meet daily output and quality targets. Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area, including routine cleaning of equipment and workstations. Complete production paperwork accurately and support the wider team with stock handling, changeovers and general production duties.
