- Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times to maximize performance.
- Analyze content performance and provide creative insights to the marketing team.

- Min 1 year experience as Content Creator (in creative agency industry is a plus)
- Good looking, high-energy, creative, and not easily embarrassed
- Up-to-date with TikTok/ Social Media trends.
- Able to act confidently in front of the camera.
- Point plus if you can edit videos (CapCut or similar apps).
- Has a good sense of humor and wild ideas that can make content relatable and viral.
- Able to work fast, collaborate well, and take strong initiative.
