Wedding Specialist
Requirements
- Min 1-2 year experience on Handling event or Wedding
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (Verbal / written)
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
- A self-motivated attitude in order to independently conduct meetings
- Excellent problem solving skills, and ability to provide solutions to client
- An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Jobdesc
- Report to the Wedding Manager
- Providing wedding/engagement consulate services to client
- Ensure the experiences of the wedding above the customer expecatation
- Handle meetings, technical issues, and guest needs of the wedding or event
- Maximizes revenue by up-selling the package
- Following and responding the payment to customer
