Your tasks
About the role PT Grand Delight Realty is a villa management and hospitality service company in Indonesia, specializing in the operation and care of luxury villas. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue performance monitoring for the hospitality and villa management business.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, bookings, and client follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and monitor revenue performance
- Maintain pricing records and assist with cost and profitability monitoring
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Chef, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order and event execution
- Monitor event-related costs, complimentary items, and other sales expenses
- Maintain accurate sales databases, trackers, and documentation
- Assist in developing sales procedures and improving workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or a related position
- Strong skills in sales administration, data management, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to monitor sales performance, revenue, costs, and profitability
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to follow up on pending tasks independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, catering, F&B, or event management is an advantage
