Digital Performance & Analytics Associate

Responsibilities: • 1. Track and reconcile performance data across multiple digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, marketplaces). • 2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics such as Revenue, Spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR, and AOV. • 3. Monitor daily and weekly performance movements and identify anomalies or inconsistencies. • 4. Maintain and update performance dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel. • 5. Build and manage spreadsheet formulas for tracking, aggregation, and analysis. • 6. Prepare clear, structured, and error-free weekly and monthly performance reports. • 7. Translate cross-platform data into insights that support business and optimization decisions. • 8. Ensure alignment of data definitions and attribution logic across platforms. • 9. Provide a clear narrative of performance across channels, avoiding data fragmentation. • 10. Support basic funnel analysis (traffic → conversion → sales). • 11. Support performance and growth discussions with accurate data and insights. • 12. Assist in evaluating creative and campaign performance using data. • 13. Maintain documentation of performance learnings and trends.

Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-year experience in managing digital advertising campaigns. • Solid understanding of fundamental marketing strategies is mandatory. • Previous experience handling advertising campaigns in Fashion, Food & Beverage, and Music industries is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and formulate strategic recommendations. • Creative, proactive, and possesses a growth-oriented mindset. • A proven portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns is strongly preferred. • Willing to be based in Setrasari, Bandung.
