IT Business Analyst

Your tasks

1. Understand the user's business and analyze how our solutions match the user's business needs.
2. Gather user requirements and produce specifications for new or modified systems.
3. Create business and system related documents such as FSD, HLD, IT, ST.
4. Collaborate with programmers to develop systems.
5. Carry out testing to ensure the solution provided meets user needs.
6. Train users on a system and record user’s feedback.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of the new system on the user's business.

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Presales of ERP Product in the IT industry.
2. Adept at translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications supported by well-structured design diagrams.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
5. Confident in public speaking, including delivering presentations or product demos to clients or large groups.
6. Knowledge of SQL database.
7. Familiar with Java.
