Production Engineer

We are seeking a competent Production Engineer to plan, organize, and directly oversee our steel structure manufacturing processes and cutting-edge CNC shop operations. Job Description: Plan, organize, and directly supervise all stages of the steel structure manufacturing and production process.

Optimize production efficiency and proactively resolve any technical or operational issues on the shop floor.

Maintain efficient coordination and communication with various internal departments to streamline workflow.

Develop production schedules, assign daily tasks, and closely monitor progress across all manufacturing lines.

Generate and prepare regular production reports for management review.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in industrial steel manufacturing and production.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in Steel Factories, Steel Fabrication, or Heavy Industries is highly preferred / a must.

Age & Gender: Preferred age not exceeding 28 years old (Male preferred).

Technical Fabrication: In-depth knowledge of built-up assembly methods and advanced fabrication drawings reading.

Quality Control: Proven understanding of welding distortion issues and practical mitigation techniques.

CNC & Software Skills: Proficient in reading DXF/NC files and generating programs/files for CNC cutting machines.

Nesting Expertise: Strong understanding of nesting principles and software applications to effectively minimize material scrap.
