We’re now looking for a German-speaking Strategic Customer Success Consultant to join us on this exciting journey!
What you'll own
In this role, you will:
Be a trusted partner to our strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
Stay close to their goals , checking in regularly and offering guidance to help them succeed with Prewave.
Run engaging activities like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.
Gather and share feedback , spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.
Train and support users , helping them get the most out of Prewave with best practices and tailored advice.
Present our product’s value , identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value.
Be the voice of the customer , sharing insights with our product team to shape future development.
Juggle multiple projects , keeping timelines on track and communication clear.
Keep customer data clean and organized , ensuring a seamless experience across tools and platforms.
What we are looking for
Must haves
6-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success)
Previous experience with leading complex projects for strategic customers
Excellent organizational and project management skills- managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Valid work permit for Austria
Fluent English and German skills
Bonus points for
Previous experience in technical industry/environment
Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment
Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
