- Communicate finance activities to the wider Partner team with appropriate style and clarity.
- Drive change and continuous improvement, enhance WIP, debt management, utilisation, and fee analysis.
- Lead local M&A activity (with external FP&A support) due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition finance setup.
- Involve yourself in systems implementation and continuous improvement across all finance systems and process adoption.
- Provide commercial support to the Group, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Set and measure the Group's KPIs and monitor market and business risks.
- Review and present monthly Board Pack (including initial reconstruction to level up information quality).
- Update and distribute flash report (WD4) and own WIP, Utilisation, and Fee analysis for Partners.
- Own the monthly reforecast model (in conjunction with external FP&A partners).
- Manage loan notes and liaise with senior stakeholders across the business.
