Conduct organizational effectiveness assessments to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for process and structure improvement.

Analyze workforce data and organizational trends to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development interventions.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational culture, business priorities, and workforce needs.

Develop and maintain talent management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application across business units.

Support the development and implementation of HR frameworks, tools, and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

Facilitate talent review meetings with management to assess employee potential, performance, readiness, and development needs.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development and talent management initiatives through defined metrics and KPIs.

Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify organizational challenges and recommend people-related solutions.

Conduct benchmarking and best-practice research to enhance performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness practices.

Support the design and implementation of employee development plans based on competency gaps, performance outcomes, and career aspirations.

Analyze organizational and workforce data to support restructuring, workforce optimization, and strategic manpower decisions.

Coordinate the development and periodic review of competency-based assessment tools to support recruitment, development, and talent management activities.

Support the implementation of employee retention strategies by analyzing turnover trends and identifying critical talent risks.

Assist in developing organizational development policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.

Track and report on the progress of OD initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with approved organizational priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

From 3 - 5 Years of experience

Preferred Construction Background

Excellent command of English

Microsoft VISIO user.
