Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fleet vehicles.

Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical faults, defects, and maintenance requirements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle mechanical and technical problems and coordinate the required repairs.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, service intervals, and ensure maintenance is completed on time.

Coordinate with workshops, technicians, and external service providers to ensure proper and timely vehicle repairs.

Follow up on vehicle breakdowns and provide technical support to minimize vehicle downtime.

Monitor vehicle maintenance history, repair records, and spare parts requirements.

Ensure that vehicles are maintained according to required safety, technical, and operational standards.

Analyze recurring vehicle problems and recommend corrective actions to improve fleet reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, inspection records, and other technical documentation.

Conduct regular follow-up on vehicle condition and recommend replacement or major repair when required.

Coordinate with the Fleet and Operations teams to ensure maximum vehicle availability and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in fleet, automotive, or vehicle maintenance

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance

Good understanding of diesel, petrol, and electric vehicles and their major mechanical systems

Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle mechanical problems

Good knowledge of maintenance planning, vehicle inspections, and maintenance scheduling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with workshops, technicians, Fleet, and Operations teams

Good command of English
