Supervisory Program Analyst
This position is located in the Office of the Director, Industrial Planning & Analysis (IPA) in the Office of Industrial Base Resilience (IBR). The incumbent serves as a supervisor, responsible for leading a team in ensuring a healthy and resilient domestic and international defense industrial base for DoW systems.

Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Oversees and executes data-driven analyses for ASW(IBP), coordinating with DoW Services and Agencies, and OSW components. Leads and directs teams including DoW, interagency, industry, and allied representatives to analyze the industrial base, develop mitigation strategies for supply chain vulnerabilities, and implement DoW industrial policy and investments. Oversees the analysis of the impact of new industrial policy on DoW weapon systems, missiles, and munitions.
Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) which has given me the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties related to the position being filled. Specialized experience is defined as: Overseeing or conducting data-driven industrial base analyses integrating supply chain risk management, economic, and acquisition/budgetary data to assess vulnerabilities and inform policy or investment decisions; leading or participating on cross-functional teams (including interagency, industry, or defense stakeholders) to identify and prioritize supply chain risks; and preparing strategic documentation, policy recommendations, or briefing materials for senior leadership regarding industrial capability, defense authorities (such as the Defense Production Act or related industrial base investment mechanisms), or program investments. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
